Offer Terms & Conditions

  1. This offer is available on qualifying Neff Bosch and Siemens appliances purchased through Sceptre Studio during the promotional period.
  2. To qualify for the cashback/reward, customers must purchase the required number of qualifying appliances in a single order.
  3. American-style fridge freezers count as two appliances towards the qualifying appliance total.
  4. Vented hobs count as two appliances towards the qualifying appliance total.
  5. All other qualifying appliances count as one appliance unless otherwise stated.
  6. Household consumer products do not count towards the qualifying appliance total. This includes consumer products and accessories such as small domestic appliances and other non-built-in household products.
  7. Robot vacuums are the exception and can be included as a qualifying appliance where specifically stated as part of the offer.
  8. This offer may be used in conjunction with any applicable Neff cashback promotion, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Neff cashback offer. It may only be combined with any other promotional offer where this has been expressly approved by Sceptre Studio in writing.
  9. The cashback/reward is subject to the qualifying appliances being purchased and paid for in full.
  10. If an order is cancelled, amended or returned and the customer no longer meets the qualifying appliance requirement, the offer will no longer apply.
  11. The offer is subject to product availability and may be withdrawn or amended by Sceptre Studio without prior notice.
  12. Sceptre Studio reserves the right to refuse the offer where there is reasonable evidence of abuse or attempted manipulation of the promotion.
  13. The offer is available to UK customers only unless otherwise stated.
  14. Sceptre Studio’s decision regarding eligibility for the offer is final.
  15. By purchasing qualifying appliances as part of this promotion, the customer is deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
  16. Qualifying orders must be received by Sceptre Studio no later than 30 October 2026 to be eligible for this promotion.
  17. Delivery of all qualifying appliances must be accepted and taken by the customer by 30th November 2026.
